Strong Self-Worth for Strong Emotions – Developing Inner Strength with Oups

Today, children need
more than ever a stable inner foundation.
In this module, you will learn how to strengthen self-worth, emotional competence, and healthy boundaries together with Oups.

With Oups rituals, symbols, and proven methods, you will guide children to understand their emotions, set boundaries, and build inner strength. Because only those who are in touch with themselves can empathize with others.

Module 3: We Are Great

Experiencing Diversity as a Strength – Rituals, Games, Songs, and Methods for Strong Togetherness

Through mindful rituals, connecting games, and community-strengthening methods, a true sense of togetherness grows.

That children learn to appreciate uniqueness in others and recognize it as enriching diversity is what we educators dream of…

Oups shows how it's done – mostly without words. This makes empathy tangible, compassion natural, and community palpable.

Module 4: Mission Peace

Building Bridges of the Heart – Peace Competence in the Classroom

Conflicts are a part of everyday life – and in this module, I will teach you peace tools with which you can impart lasting peace competence to children. You will learn how children become peacemakers and how children can connect with each other through bridges of the heart, forming and deepening friendships.

After this seminar, you will be able to guide your class towards a life where responsibility, active listening, and reconciliation become livable and natural. This is not about treating symptoms – but about genuine peace work for a peaceful coexistence.

Navigating Emotional Storms with Confidence – Resource-Efficient Leadership in School Life
