 Ordering Process

 

How does ordering in the online shop work?

The werteART online shop product range is divided into different main categories, which can be found in the top navigation bar. When you move your mouse over the main categories, the subcategories will be displayed.

Once you have found a product, you can add it to your cart by clicking “ADD TO CART” or the cart icon. A popup message will confirm that the product has been added to your cart.

You can view or edit your shopping cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner and then selecting “CART”. You will see your selected items, quantities, individual prices, and the total price. You can adjust quantities or remove items using the delete button.

The cart also displays all prices including applicable taxes as well as any shipping costs.

To complete your purchase, click on “CHECKOUT”. Please enter your details – required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Registration is optional but offers benefits such as order history and a wishlist.

  • The order history allows you to track your previous purchases.
  • The wishlist allows you to save and share items.

Your data will be transmitted securely using encryption.

Next, select your shipping and payment method. Please review your details carefully before completing your order.

By clicking “Place Order with Obligation to Pay”, you complete the purchase. You may cancel the process at any time by closing your browser window.

Please note that it is not possible to add special requests beyond the available product range when ordering via the online shop.

Please provide your billing address. Your detailed invoice will be included with your delivery.

We reserve the right to correct printing errors and inaccuracies in product images.

Please remember to save your order confirmation. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.

 

Delivery

Shipping Method

Products are shipped via DPD or DHL.

 

Delivery Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
Delivery currently takes 2 to 5 business days.

During peak periods (e.g. before Christmas), delivery times may be longer. We recommend placing orders early.

 

 Shipping Costs

Shipping within Austria and Germany

Shipping costs are €6.90 within Austria and Germany.
Orders over €49 (incl. VAT) are shipped free of charge within Austria and Germany.

 

Shipping outside Austria and Germany

Within the European Union (including Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus), as well as to Liechtenstein and Switzerland, shipping costs are €19.90.

Orders outside Austria and Germany are only possible with advance payment.

Customs duties and additional fees for deliveries outside the EU may apply and cannot be excluded. However, we do not charge any additional fees ourselves.

Our partner Dessauer (http://www.dessauer.ch) offers a wide range of Oups products that can be ordered directly within Switzerland.

 

Important Notice

Despite careful handling, damage during transport may occur. In such cases, we will of course replace damaged items free of charge.

Please follow these steps:

  • Report any transport damage immediately to the delivery company upon receipt
  • Then inform werteART Verlag GmbH about the damage
