**How long will it take for my order to be delivered?**
  • Austria & Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
  • International: approx. 7 business days

Delivery time begins after receipt of payment. No shipping on weekends and public holidays.
Are there free downloads or coloring pages?

Yes, there are!

You can find our free downloads and coloring pages in the header under "Downloads".
Do you offer free return shipping?

Unfortunately, no.

As a small publisher, we are currently unable to offer free return shipping. We operate with very fairly calculated prices and low margins, which is why it is not currently possible for us to cover return shipping costs.

You are, of course, welcome to return your order within the statutory withdrawal period – however, customers bear the return shipping costs.
