Character education with Oups is an educational concept that sensitively guides children on their way to inner strength, empathy and social competence.
After years of practical work, a lovingly designed teaching material has now been created that is suitable for use from the 1st grade onwards and accompanies children throughout their entire primary school years.
We have prepared the following important areas of social learning for you in this concept:
* Strengthening the group
* Consolidating the community
* Strengthening social competence
* Conflict resolution skills with peace tools and much more.
The teaching materials, which we have developed with great care and beautifully designed, facilitate teaching and bring joy not only to the children. You can browse through the booklets by clicking on the image.

There is also a download to match the content of character education: "Heart Songs with Oups".
With this download you get nine songs for character education with Oups. They invite you to sing along and dance along, touch the soul and are fun! They can be heard both with vocals and in an instrumental version. The last track (No. 19) is a magical instrumental piece. This can be used as background music for fantasy journeys and for relaxation. The songs were created during the work on the textbook "Character education with Oups". Further suggestions and ideas for teaching can be found under the rubric Character Education and in the "Character Education with Oups Accompanying Booklet".
The children in my current Oups class are again having great fun with the songs and have even been enthusiastic about the dances. Samples, sheet music and lyrics for all songs (with PDF as sheet music) are also included in the download.
