Every Monday morning, after our joint Monday circle, I reassign the duties in my class. Usually, we just go through the individual duties in order, and the children are happy to volunteer for their favorite duty. Sometimes, however, I let the children blindly draw a duty. For this, I have prepared cards on which the duties are again shown small and individually. How do you handle your class duties?
